The 2021 bottling of Angel's Envy Cask Strength Port Finished Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a limited edition non-age-statement bourbon of exceptional quality, presented in a commemorative carved wooden box honoring a decade of indulgence. The whiskey is crafted from a mash bill comprising 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley and is matured for six years in new charred oak barrels before being finished for an additional 3 to 6 months in ruby port barrels made of French oak from Portugal. Only 14,760 bottles of this rich and decadent whiskey were produced and selectively distributed to retailers across the United States. With a cask strength of 120.4 proof, this bourbon exhibits distinctive aromas of peach cobbler and cherries soaked in brandy, along with a palate of creamy vanilla, marzipan, roasted nuts, and honey.
