Distilled at the renowned Fabrica de Tequilas Finos, Cenote follows a meticulous production process that combines traditional and modern techniques. The agave is slowly roasted in brick ovens before undergoing a double distillation process in copper pot stills, ensuring a refined and vibrant profile. What sets Cenote apart is its unique aging process—using American oak barrels with a light char to enhance the tequila’s depth without overpowering the bright agave character. The result is a range of expressions, from the crisp and citrus-forward Blanco to the luxuriously aged Añejo, with rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice.
