The first was aged entirely in Ex-Bourbon Barrels, while the second was aged entirely in Ex-Madeira Barrels. Bottled at a potent 61% ABV or 122 Proof, this blend is free of any color, sugar, additives, or filtration. Its exceptional quality was recognized with the Supreme Champion Spirit & Rum Trophy at the International Spirits Challenge in 2021.
