Johnnie Walker Red Label Blended Scotch is an exquisite whisky that combines more than 30 single malt and grain whiskies from distilleries such as Teanninich, Caol Illa, and Cameron Bridge. This superbly smoky whisky has a bright flavor and a potent, simmering finish. The mash bill contains a blend of 100% malted barley and other undisclosed grains, making it a NAS premium whisky that has been aged for at least 3 years. It was first released in 1909 and was previously known as Walker's Special Old Highland Red Label.
This exceptional whisky is easy to drink and begins with aromatic tones of dark heather honey, citrus peels, smoked wood, and hints of spiced rum. It then leads to a palate of cut cedar, butterscotch ripple, and holiday spices, making for a delightful drinking experience.
