Maestro mezcalero Don Emanuel Ramos offers the Mezaloteca Mezcalosfera Magueyes Madrecuixe Bicuixe Espadin Mezcal 750ml in Miahuatlan, Oaxaca. The agave are cooked using mezquite and encino, milled with tahona, and double distilled in a copper refrescadera still. The batch, which was made in August 2018, was 370 litres in total.
