The crafted ratio includes 66% 12-year-old Kentucky Bourbon (78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley), 17% 7-year-old Indiana rye (51% rye, 45% corn, 4% malted barley), 11% 12-year-old Ontario Canadian 100% corn whiskey, and 6% 6-year-old Indiana rye (95% rye, 5% malted barley). Bottled at 114.1-proof, this complex bourbon was released in July 2022 and boasts sweet caramel, rye spice, and smoky oak flavors from the first whiff to the final sip. The BBCo.
